As a Shift Leader you will run each shift with the high expectations your General Manager would require with the confidence to inspire your team.

• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Be the company ambassador when the General Manager and Assistant Manager are away from the store
• Motivate the team when you are in charge to ensure the best results for the shift
• Have knowledge of all products and services provided to all customers
• Treat every customer as a valued friend and leave them wanting more
