My name Jeferson Lemos, I have been working for Patisserie Valerie for the last 13 years and I am now an Operations Manager.
I have started my career in Patisserie Valerie as a FOH Team member in one of our former stores in Chelsea moving my way up the ladder and getting to my first store manager position in less than 5 years.
I first fell in love with Patisserie Valerie after a quick visit to Soho Store, the amazing displays and delicious patisseries and with so much history and passion going into delivering such a great patisserie, I thought this is fantastic and I want to be a part of it.
So this my motivation was to be able to deliver great Patisserie to as many customers as possible with inspiring service that makes our customers want to come back.
Many years have passed and I still have the same feeling when walking to our stores and I am always happy to be approached by our customers sharing in their memories and listening to their feedback about our great brand.
I have been able to see the company grow and enjoy being part of a motivated and focused operations team who are always looking for talent come and join us in our great team environment where we make each other feel valued and enjoy working together to wow our customers with our great brand.
