The first store opened in Soho in 1926 by ‘Madame Valerie’ – our belgian born founder who had a mission to introduce fine continental patisserie to England. A mission that we still live and breathe today. Using the freshest ingredients and traditional baking skills, combined with innovative flavour combinations, we have become a much loved high street favourite.
